SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; brewery license. Authorizes a brewery licensee to obtain from the ABC Board a retail off-premises brewery license which permits the licensee to (i) sell beer at the place of business designated in the brewery license in closed and reusable containers for off-premises consumption and (ii) deliver or ship beer to purchasers in accordance with Board regulations.
