SUMMARY:

Attorney General; prosecution of certain environmental crimes. Authorizes the Attorney General, upon request of the local attorney for the Commonwealth, to participate in the investigation and prosecution of violations of the Air Pollution Control law, the Virginia Waste Management Act, and the State Water Control law and related offenses.
