SUMMARY:
Dangerous weapons; police stations. Authorizes localities having an urban county executive form of government to adopt ordinances prohibiting persons from possessing or transporting certain dangerous weapons (e.g., guns, tasers, ammunition, dirks, knives, etc.) into police stations, subject to exceptions for law-enforcement personnel, judges, etc., or a person delivering a firearm to the station. A violation is punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor.
