SUMMARY:

Ordinances regulating dangerous dogs. Allows localities to include the following requirements in the list conditions that must be met in order for a dog to be eligible for a dangerous dog registration certificate: (i) that the animal has been neutered or spayed, and (ii) that the owner of the animal has liability insurance coverage, to the value of at least $50,000, that covers animal bites.
