SUMMARY:

Prisons and jails; local facility inspection. Allows the Board of Corrections to suspend the annual unannounced inspection of a local jail in those years when a certification audit is performed, the jail has a good history of compliance with the jail standards promulgated by the Board, and there has been no change in the administration at the jail.
