SUMMARY:

Sexual battery. Includes, within the definition of sexual battery, sexual abuse accomplished by ruse. Currently, this offense would be punishable as assault, also a Class 1 misdemeanor. A third offense of sexual battery is punishable as a Class 6 felony.
