SUMMARY:
Confidentiality of tax information. Authorizes the Tax Commissioner to provide current name and address information to private collectors for their confidential use when acting on behalf of the Commonwealth or any of its localities. If any information provided to a private collector is used in an unauthorized manner, the Tax Commissioner shall not provide such collector with additional information.
