SUMMARY:

Work programs in juvenile correctional facilities. Specifies that money received from the sale of articles produced in work programs be deposited into a special fund to support the work programs for juveniles in the Department. Work programs are limited to training, not production, and shall not interfere with the juvenile's educational program when the goal is achieving a high school diploma or its equivalent.
