SUMMARY:

Establishment of stores in juvenile correctional facilities. Authorizes the Director of the Department of Juvenile Justice to establish and operate stores or commissaries in state juvenile correctional facilities. The profits from such operations must be used for programs which benefit juveniles committed to the Department.
