SUMMARY:

Restricted permit; failure to pay child support. Clarifies that the court orders the issuance of a restricted permit by DMV. The language used is identical to that used in the DUI statutes and avoids an interpretation that the courts are to issue the restricted permits.

The bill is recommended by the Committee on District Courts.
