SUMMARY:
Legislative immunity from arrest. Clarifies the several code provisions stating the privilege from arrest said to exist for legislators and others. The bill restates the law of Virginia in modern terms to prevent any misunderstanding on the limits of the privilege that allows the arrest of any such person for any crime at any time.
