SUMMARY:

Governor's warrant of arrest. Provides that when the Governor issues a warrant of arrest of a person wanted in another state (upon pending charges or a previous conviction), the information contained in the warrant is to be put into the Virginia Criminal Information Network. Currently, there is no specific provision therefor, and such information can only be entered if a warrant is issued for the arrest of a person charged with a felony.
