SUMMARY:
Employment of teachers and other school personnel. Prohibits teachers from being required to perform nonemergency health-related assistance to students unless such duties are included in the contract. If requested to perform such duties without the contract condition, teachers may voluntarily perform nonemergency health-related assistance for a student.
