SUMMARY:
Virginia Housing Development Authority; financing of housing developments. Permits the governing body of a locality in which a proposed multi-family residential housing development is to be newly built or substantially rehabilitated the authority to certify its disapproval of the development if it is not consistent with (i) current zoning or other applicable land use regulations or (ii) the local comprehensive plan adopted by a local governing body pursuant to § 15.1-446.1.
