SUMMARY:

Water and Sewer Authorities Act. Allows water and sewer authorities to own and operate stormwater control systems. Currently, water and sewer authorities can own and operate water supply systems, sewer systems, sewage disposal systems, and garbage and refuse collection and disposal systems. This bill is identical to HB 2227.
