SUMMARY:

Sex Offender Registry; voluntary employment check. Expands access to the Registry to allow those individuals seeking child-minding or day-care services to perform an employment or volunteer check on a specific person with that person's permission. Unauthorized dissemination of the information is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
