SUMMARY:

Special license plates; law-enforcement officers. Authorizes issuance of special license plates to law-enforcement officers. The fee would be one-half the normal fee for state license plates, unless the license plate bears reserved numbers or letters. In this latter case, the fee would be the same as the standard "vanity plate" fee.
