SUMMARY:

Administrative Process Act; exemptions. Adds APA exemptions for the Insurance Continuing Education Advisory Board pursuant to § 38.2-1867, and the Board of Education in developing guidelines relating to the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools, approved by the 1996 General Assembly. The bill also conforms certain appeals provisions in Title 46.2 with the APA and the Rules of the Supreme Court.
