SUMMARY:

Administrative orders for support. Clarifies and standardizes the methods by which service of notice of a proposed change in a support order may be accomplished. The methods of service (personal service, service under the long-arm statute, acceptance or waiver of service) are currently authorized to initiate proceedings for an administrative support order.
