SUMMARY:

Irrevocable preneed funeral trusts. Removes the cap of $2,500 erroneously placed on irrevocable preneed funeral trusts, thus correctly permitting such trusts not to be counted as a resource for Medicaid applicants, regardless of dollar amount.
