SUMMARY:
Release of identifying information on juvenile escapee. Allows the Department of Juvenile Justice, without court order, to release identifying information (e.g., photograph, name) on a juvenile over the age of 10 who is committed to the Department and escapes and on a serious juvenile offender ( e.g., found to have committed a Class 1, 2 or 3 felony) who becomes a fugitive from justice.
