SUMMARY:
Possessing a dangerous weapon in a publicly owned recreation or community center; penalty. Allows the governing body of any county with an urban county executive form of government to adopt an ordinance making the possession of a dangerous weapon in a publicly owned recreation or community center a Class 1 (or less) misdemeanor. Exceptions are included for law-enforcement personnel and persons to whom a concealed weapons permit has been granted.
