Motorcycle driver's license endorsements; Motorcycle Rider Safety Training Program Fund. Increases fee for motorcycle driver's license endorsements to two dollars per year and provides for payment of the revenue generated by these endorsements into the Motorcycle Rider Safety Training Program Fund.
