SUMMARY:

Crimes; wearing body armor while committing a crime. Expands the current crime, punishable as a Class 4 felony, for a person who wears body armor while committing a specified violent crime to include a person who, while wearing body armor and committing a felony drug distribution offense, has in his possession a firearm or knife.
