SUMMARY:
Crimes; arson. Adds occupied church or church property to the list of dwellings, buildings or facilities that if maliciously burned falls within the crime of arson of dwelling, punishable by five years to life. Currently, the offense is punishable as Class 3 felony under § 18.2-79 (arson of meeting house).
