SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; nonprofit community and service organizations. Grants a sales and use tax exemption for purchases by any nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation organized for the purpose of operating a free summer camp for disadvantaged children ages nine through twelve. Virginia Elks Youth Camp, Inc., would be among the beneficiaries of the exemption.
