SUMMARY:
Vehicle widths and lengths. Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner to provide notice to members of affected local governing bodies prior to any designation by the Commonwealth Transportation Board of highways where operation of trucks exceeding otherwise applicable statutory width and length limits would be permitted.
The word "jurisdiction" at the beginning of line 43 is superfluous. A suggested amendment to strike this word is attached.
