SUMMARY:
Chiropractic Advisory Board. Creates a Chiropractic Advisory Board to the Board of Medicine to examine persons licensed or seeking licensure as chiropractors, and to advise the Board concerning complaints against a chiropractor and the mental or emotional condition of the chiropractor when a complaint or the health condition is an issue before the Board. Board members are appointed by the Governor for four-year staggered terms. Members must elect a chairman and a vice chairman from the Board membership. The recommendations of the Chiropractic Advisory Board are not binding upon the Board of Medicine.
