Stormwater management facility escrow accounts. Allows localities to develop a procedure for the creation of stormwater management facility escrow accounts by providing for payment by a subdivider at the time of plat submittal of funds to be used for the general care, maintenance and administration of local stormwater management facilities on the specific site.
