SUMMARY:
Property and conveyances; Common Interest Community Management Information Fund. Eliminates the Common Interest Community Management Information Fund, which was set up at the Real Estate Board to promote the improvement and efficient operation of common interest communities (condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowner associations) through research and education.
