SB 495 Aggravated malicious wounding of a pregnant woman.

SUMMARY:

Feticide. Provides that willful, deliberate, premeditated killing of an unborn viable fetus, with intent to kill the fetus of another woman or to kill any other person is first degree murder. If committed without premeditation, the offense is murder in the second degree.
