SUMMARY:
Real estate brokers and salespersons; licensure. Deletes the requirement that every member who actively participates in partnerships or associations and who actively participates in a brokerage business hold a broker's license. The bill includes "business entity" in the definitions of broker and salesperson. In addition, no business entity will be granted a salesperson's license in a fictitious name.
