SUMMARY:

Freedom of Information Act; release of tax and employment information. Allows private attorneys acting as agents of the Commonwealth to access certain tax records in order to collect fines, costs, penalties, delinquencies and receivables owed to the Commonwealth. Scholastic and personnel records would not be available to such attorneys.
