SUMMARY:
Property lease. Authorizes the Department of Conservation and Recreation, with the approval of the National Park Service, the Governor and the Attorney General, to lease 150 acres of Pocahontas State Park to Chesterfield County for recreation purposes. The lease term is to be 25 years or less, and the lease may be renewed three times.
