SUMMARY:
Claims; Christopher E. Prince. Provides $45,000 in relief to Christopher E. Prince for the physical, emotional, and psychological injuries sustained during the period of approximately fifteen months he was wrongfully imprisoned. Mr. Prince was convicted by the Culpeper County Circuit Court of breaking and entering in 1994. A witness testifying against Mr. Prince later recanted her testimony. Mr. Prince was pardoned by Governor Allen in December 1995.
