SUMMARY:

Offenses involving telecommunication devices. Increases the penalties for manufacture or sale of an unlawful telecommunication device or possession of fewer than five such devices from a Class 1 misdemeanor to a Class 6 felony. The bill also creates a new Class 6 felony for possessionof "material or equipment used to create an unlawful telecommunication device".
