SUMMARY:

Access to school property by law-enforcement officers. Provides that current provisions governing trespass on school property shall not restrict access to or entry onto school property by law-enforcement agencies or officers in the performance of their duties, or require these agencies or officers to report to a school administrator prior to such entry or access.
