SUMMARY:
Courts not of record; juvenile fingerprinting. Provides that fingerprints of a juvenile, 14 or older and charged with a serious felony, shall be taken and then sent to the Central Criminal Records Exchange and that, if he is found not guilty of that offense, destroyed within six months following the disposition.
