SUMMARY:

Horse racing with pari-mutuel wagering. Repeals all provisions authorizing horse racing with pari-mutuel wagering in the Commonwealth as well as references to the Virginia Racing Commission, which is also abolished by this bill. Also included in this bill is the repeal of simulcast horse racing and the operation of satellite facilities (OTBs).
