SUMMARY:

Duties of real estate brokers and salespersons; disclosure of brokerage relationship. Provides that a licensed real estate broker or salesperson must disclose any brokerage relationship that he has with another party to the transaction to any actual or prospective buyer or seller who is not represented by another licensed broker or salesperson. Under current law, such relationship must be disclosed only when the client is not represented by the broker or salesperson.
