SUMMARY:
Offenses involving telecommunication devices. Makes it a Class 6 felony to possess (i) an unlawful telecommunications device, (ii) paraphernalia used to create an unlawful telecommunications device, or (iii) a scanner used to intercept the electronic serial numbers and mobile identification numbers of cellular telephones.
