SUMMARY:

Health insurers, health maintenance organizations; etc.; reporting and accepting claims forms; certain codes. Requires all health maintenance organizations, health insurers, health services plans or preferred provider organizations that use the Physicians' Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) identifying codes for reporting claims for medical services and procedures to accept and utilize these identifying codes in processing claims.
