SUMMARY:

Criminal procedure; notice of seizure for forfeiture. Provides that for property seized pursuant to a search warrant or held as evidence in a criminal investigation, notice of seizure for forfeiture shall be filed with the clerk 21 days from the conclusion of the criminal proceeding.
