SUMMARY:
Insurance for school board vehicles. Provides that any payments for medical expenses to a pupil made under a self-insurance coverage for vehicles transporting students or school personnel shall reduce the amount of any judgment awarded for personal injuries to such pupil against the vehicle owner or driver or against an uninsured motorist.
