SUMMARY:

Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers; definitions. Defines "funeral directing" to include making arrangements for funeral services or the financing of funeral services and requires that a "funeral service establishment" be permanently affixed to the real estate and have a certificate of occupancy issued for it by the local building official.
