SUMMARY:
Proceedings of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission; confidentiality. Requires the Commission to file an annual report providing information on the numbers and results of complaints and requires transmittal of information on judicial misconduct to the appropriate Virginia Bar District Committee and, upon request, to the Courts of Justice Committees.
