SUMMARY:
Concealed weapons permits; exceptions. Provides that the granting of a permit does not allow the carrying of a concealed weapon into any restaurant which has an on-premises ABC license and permits dancing. Currently, the prohibition applies to any business which has an ABC license. The application of the prohibition to special events is retained.
