SUMMARY:
Labor; occupational safety and health law; offenses in regard to examination. Appoints the Office of the Attorney General as the entity responsible for handling any alleged civil violations of occupational safety and health laws, standards, rules or regulations. Formerly, these civil violations were the responsibility of the attorney for the Commonwealth for the jurisdiction where the violation allegedly occurred.
