SUMMARY:

Localities' grievance procedures. Adds directors of local social service departments and boards, community services boards, redevelopment and housing authorities, and regional housing authorities to those that must be included in the local governing body's grievance procedure or a grievance procedure established and administered which is consistent with the state grievance procedure. Under current Code, only employees of such local agencies are included.
