SUMMARY:

Study; effectiveness of the Commonwealth's securities laws. Requests the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) to study the securities regulations of the Commonwealth. The SCC will examine current regulations and determine any necessary changes in the current regulatory framework that would facilitate small business access to capital and economic growth.
